what a disapointment! the outdated furnishings felt like stepping into the past, and the non-functional tv remote was simply unforgivable. to top it all, i expected a complimentary treat for such an inconvenience, but no luck! nearly gave a good review, until i remembered how empty my mini fridge was. avoid if you can!

Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The property looked derelict with overgrown gardens, creating an uninviting first impression. The facilities were lacking. there was no housekeeping, and I had difficulties with the heating. The TV remote didn’t work, and the limited office hours made it hard to get assistance.

my stay was enjoyable with a spacious room that offered beautiful mountain views and a convenient walk to the west coast wildlife centre, allowing for great weekend strolls to discover the local area.

The Double Studio had a comfy bed and a freshly renovated bathroom! The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to whip up tasty meals after exploring the local culinary gems.

However, the communication was a bit dodgy. Advertised wi-fi was non-existent, and I had to chase down a working TV remote taped together to get it to function. Plus, with only hand wash provided instead of the expected toiletries, I felt a bit let down for over $200 a night.

the glacier view motel was a great stay! the unit had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and a newly renovated bathroom. parking right outside was super convenient, especially with the rain. the tatare river was a lovely touch for a relaxing vibe.

This place is a suitable option for a city break in Franz Josef with great value. The kitchen had all the basics we needed to prepare meals easily. If you're looking for some peace and quiet, bring earplugs for the late-night noise outside.

This place suits me perfectly, providing free parking, wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, and cookware. I remember the staff helped me find my lost car keys during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a city trip.
